Sean W. Denny is a Certified Financial Planner® and business strategist with over three decades of experience guiding entrepreneurs through every stage of the business lifecycle, from start-up and growth through succession and sale. As Managing Partner he specializes in helping veterinary practice owners build transition plans, positioning their practices to maximize valuation and secure what comes next.

His approach comes out of an unusual combination: he founded both a real estate development firm and a long-standing financial services practice before this one. That background means he advises owners on considerably more than the sale itself — on valuation, on sell-side mergers and acquisitions, and on the transition to a life after the practice, which is the part most owners have thought about least.

Away from work, Sean travels with his wife Kristy and spends time with his son, his daughter, and their dog Michelob.
